Research has found that customers are looking to obtain extra benefits from the Solid goods (coffee, hotel, toothpaste,..) The tendency to search leisure activities and find new ways to interrupt theirs everyday routine have open and strategic marketing opportunity for all kind of businesses. The idea of this experiential marketing is to provide a meaningful perception and increase the levels of interest involving those customers with the marketing strategy. This stimulus makes nondurable memory-pursaches to a confident and energetic multisensory experience difficult to forget and easily shareable (change their personal perception and anticipate to their needs).
What should you keep in mind before starting an experiential marketing strategy?

Secondly, Analyse your product or service, I know that it maybe sounds like irrational because you feel like you know your product very well. But, what I am asking you to do is to study your product from a different perfective, and from you actual customer perspective.
Rethinking about your product is an important step. Try to think about your product in a different way. I will be important to Brainstorming and think about how your customer can interact with your product on a different way.
Watch this promotion about Coca-Cola. On this promotion, Coca Cola gives a symbolic and tangible benefits to their product, and it not only share a new perspective it also gives to their customer a new idea to entertain.(1)
To Make your Goods fun and entertainment, you can analyse your customer behaviour. Studying and analyzing your customers often you can anticipate their needs (tangible or symbolic needs), and it will give you the opportunity to improve, innovate and Stant out from your competition.
After you study your product, Study your customer: Cognition
The experiential perspective are more private and unique and increase the chances of Memorizing and learn about your product and your business.
To make sure that you are creating a unique and latent Life-content, it will be necessary to study their fantasy-life (dreams, expectations, their vocabulary, and understand how they solve their problems)
To do so, you will need to make a list of their attitude about your brand, preferences, culture and usual behaviour, Lifestyle,…
The fourth step is to Understand your customer resources and criteria of time, money, and their association about esthetic and the use of products or services like yours.
After I have this first idea, I start finding out wich are the most attractive touching points that will involve their Left-side (information process) and Right-side (experiential)of their brain.
The purpose of all this process is to make sure that I am creating a cognitive interest and unexpected excitement for your Product and Business.(2) ( experiential views and implications with life stimulus that includes psychophysiological responses,- Krugman’s (1971) and Hansen and Lundsgaard (1981))
